Advice for the preparation of cassoulet:
To take advantage of the flavours of this dish, warm it up in a bain-marie, then brown it for about 10 minutes. You can use an earthenware dish, ideally a cassole. A little tip: use as much of the dish as possible, so as to spread it out in a medium thick layer. Sit down at the table and enjoy the richness of Castelnaudary cassoulet! To be served very hot.
