Coq au vin des Corbières
The secret of this unique and delicious dish is the slow cooking of the tender pieces of rooster which are simmered in a Corbières wine (AOC a jewel of the South West)
Preparation tip: Serve hot with pasta of your choice, or steamed potatoes.
Ingredients: Rooster meat 50%, red wine sauce from Corbières 16%, water, wheat flour, lardons, mushrooms, shallots, herbs.
