This part of the duck is one of the most noble. Once confit in its fat, it becomes even more tasty and soft. A real treat!
825g - 4 to 5 portions
Brown them in a pan for a few minutes on each side. Add the spices of your choice and arrange the pieces of meat on a layer of fragrant rice, or with fried potatoes.
