The very fine chopping and the very careful emulsion give smoothness and flavour. Simply excellent. 130g - 3 to 4 portions
This whole duck foie gras is prepared in the traditional way. To be eaten chilled on toast with a sweet white wine.
50g - 1 part / 130g - 2 to 3 parts / 180g - 4 to 5 parts / 300g - 6 to 7 parts
Serve cold on toast.
Duck foie gras 99 %, Salt, Pepper.
