Old-fashioned preparation made with pork head and rind. Well seasoned, with a light touch of thyme. This dish is excellent as an appetizer on a green salad leaf.
125g - 3 to 4 portions
Arrange the slices of blood sausage on salad leaves and season to taste.
Pork head 40%, rind 30%, pork blood 30%, salt, pepper, herbs, thyme.
